Hi I have problem with my phone I can not send mms at all. My phone is set up. Can you help me?

Are you on contract or pay as you go?
Sending MMS will be a chargeable activity, but if you send via Whatsapp or Messenger they use data which you will have from your tariff/bundle.

Hi @Kasiakrysztofia ,

 

If on contract do you have a spend cap setup? as MMS isnt included in your text messages and its a chargeable service?

 

If on Pay n Go, MMS isnt included in your bundle. Do you have credit in your phone to send it?

 

Thirdly do you have Internet access(mobile Data) turned on , on your phone with the correct MMS settings?

Switch off wifi and try

mms are chargeable so use whatsapp if possible which are obviously free

Many people reporting the same issue. Must be an O2 problem.
