Microphone issues

when people ring me they are struggling to hear me. They say one minute the sound is good, then it goes low and really tinny. I have a Samsung S20+, i've only had it 6 days, any help please

Hi @airbuds 

Firstly make sure there is nothing covering the microphone, such as a phone case etc.

If that's ok, you could either ring Samsung in case they can suggest something to fix the issue, or get it returned to O2 for a repair or replacement

If you have a case or cover, try removing it.

If not, return it to O2 for replacement phone.
