Hi,
I had my old O2 number ported to my new SIM yesterday and since I've lost 4G+.
Previously my phone sat on band 40 and would switch to 4+ if I were downloading anything big but now it just sits on band 1 with no 4G+.
Have tried a network reset, rebooted phone a good few times but I can't get band 40 4G+ back.
Would anyone have any thoughts?
I have a S21 5G with pay monthly 5G SIM.

Hi @woodmj - sounds like some settings on the O2 side post-port need to be checked. This means you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) ,
Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or
Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) ,
they should be able to get a look at your account settings and help you with this.
