Lollipop, lollipop, where for art thou lollipop?

I am here, says Lollipop while standing atop a shiny Samsung Galaxy S5!

Okay enough of the ye olde talk – Lollipop means business. If you thought Jellybean was buttery smooth, then you’ve not seen what Lollipop can do. This is a major platform update and isn’t just a collection of minor bug fixes or anything like that… This is a full blown update – new eye candy, new & fresh menus, new features – all while keeping the system running smooth & fluid while keeping your battery life in check too. The update is now live via KIES and should be live via OTA update towards the end of the week, so go grab it now and let us know your thoughts on the new update

Got more than 12 hours out of the battery yesterday post clean factory reset, so its better but still not to 4.4.2 level

Waiting for 5.01 as it looks like that will give us Silent mode, as it has done on the Note

I've waded through 20 odd pages of posts, but can someone please confirm that I will EVENTUALLY be prompted to install Lollipop?  My son and I got new S5's last December on the same day.  He's been on Lollipop for weeks but me? nothing and now I see 5.0.x is out.  I think its down to the CSC(?) ID on my phone (back of the queue clearly...) Ihave Kies but nothing there either.

Where on earth did you get that from?

It is a Spanish phone, but the good news is that you should be getting an update to G900FPHE1BNL2 which is Lollipop.

Also, it should be available via Kies already.

Thats mobiles.co.uk for you, AKA Carphone Warehouse.  I did wonder on occassion why it defaults to a Spanish Samsung homepage..... Is it the firmware update I should be looking for in Kies? that just says I'm up to date.  I guess its just wait an see for a scheduled update in due course?

If it were me, I would flash the UK firmware on it.
