Hello,

 

I thought I post a note as I am getting concerned about my phone cutting me off almost every time i try to make a call.

 

Both me and my wife have pay monthly contracts with O2. We both have Samsung phones but the above does not relate to the phone as this used to happen with our previous phones as well.

 

The problem is that every time we make any calls the phones keep cutting off. This happens more with my wife's phone irrespective of location. The local O2 shop was unable to help and have already replaced sim cards.

Normally with this kind of fault you would suspect network issue, SIM or phone fault, but as you have tried different phones, different SIM's and different locations you are both either very unlucky or are doing something to disconnect the call....?
I'm really struggling to think of anything else.....
