Hi,
Anyone experienced problems with LG G4, where the phone won't start up, or gets to the LG Life is good screen and turns off? Tried to do a hard reset but, when I go to the option to erase all data, I press yes and the phone just freezes.
Its still in warranty, purchased on 7/6/2015, but any ideas welcome.

Yep its the O2 UK Proof of Purchase (PoP) Validation Team
@TobyThe frustrating thing is I have already sent all the information contained in that email over to the admin team on Tuesday, and they asked for it again today. I have resent the info to them again and I will forward the Email from the O2 PoP validation team onto them as well. Did your team have any further ideas?

That's really useful information for us here @Anonymous, I don't think anyone had ever heard of this team and the email address is gold. Thank you
