Hi all,

Recieved my new LG G3 on refresh last week after upgrading from a G2. Love the phone, really pleased with it, except i seem to be having signal issues.

At home with the LG G2 i always had 4G signal inside and outside, initially i didnt get 4G, only H. I turned off the phone and back on again but still only H signal.

The same at my work address although i used to get H+, i somtimes get E at best.

4G signal is spot on for my home address and was with the G2 according to o2 covergae checker.

Any ideas?

Don't leave it too long or you'll lose the window to replace the phone.

How do I go about this? Do I need to take screenshots showing the E signal? Do I have to phone up when I have the poor signal so they test it while I'm on the phone?

They will try and fob you off and delay you past the 14 days - Don't let them.
You need to be firm and stand your ground.....

If you can I would visit an o2 store to pick up a sim and they'll sim swap for you.

Take I.d.

One through the post can take days thus pushing you closer to the return handset deadline.

Do you know anyone that is on o2 with the same sized sim card to try ?

It takes around around 3-4 days to receive a sim card via post.
