LG G2 Data Connection Issue

Morning People,

Recently purchased a LG G2 on O2 refresh plan, 1st week was all good but last few days i have been getting 'No Data Connection'. Although showing full signal, i can make a call but i cant do anything else.

The only way i can get my data connection back is if i switch on and then switch off airplane mode. Although im not getting 4G when before i was (only getting H)

Any ideas/help would be appreciated!

Well the swap has maybe glitched regarding the data part which is why I suggested a call to O2 Cs on 202.

Let us know what O2 say.

The sim card in your original phone is now de activated so if you want to use that phone too either pick up a sim adapter {free from any o2 store} so you can put your new sim in it and use it, or pick up a payg sim card or just keep the phone as a back up.

I did a simswap out of neccessity, although mine went ok. Then again I had a knowledgeable guy do mine.
