Hi

As you will guess from this post I am not very tech savvy (I don't even know if I am posting this on the right board).

We are soon going to change broadband provider and I am assuming that we will lose the internet for a while; will I still be able to access facebook, email etc on my phone?  Is this what the wi-fi hot spots are for?

Be careful with videos on Facebook too.
Try not to watch them on mobile data or you will find all 100mb gone in seconds.
You can turn off auto play of videos in the app settings.

Yes you can use WiFi hotspots or mobile data if you have data on your tariff.
Do you know how much data you have included?

That is a bit low to be relying on so use it only in an emergency and seek out WiFi hotspots to catch up on your surfing activities.

OK Thanks. I don't use it a lot - only to check emails and facebook.  I will save playing games until we are connected again.
