Anyone who has updated to version 17 (was released at the beginning of Oct), have you noticed a wakelock and high battery usage for the app. Seems im not alone according to this reddit thread

 

Just curious if its effecting everyone. Its not overly noticable unless you look in the battery settings, as it doesnt drain the battery too much

Installed the previous version from uptodown. Weird issue where it crashes when accessing some settings, but no wakelock now

Is that website safe to use in general? Sometimes buggy updates means i would like to rollback a version, but always wary of using 3rd party sites

Perfectly safe.
The apk’s are all ripped from apps off Play.
