Hi @Anonymous If there is a fault with the phone then you have up to 28 days to return it You appear to have tried everything you can so you need to follow the advice in this guide

Edited to add...you may want to give Huawei mobile support a call first ...in case they could give you further info on what else you could try http://www.huawei.com/uk/about-huawei/contact-us/

Best just to change it, you shouldn't have to be doing a factory reset on a brand new phone.
