If it's an O2 branded phone the update will certainly take longer to reach the OP. It's only just been released to unlocked phones.

Hope this info helps, but 4.4.3 has been available for quite a while now. We have already received the software for testing and we're hoping this process will be complete soon, with the view of the update going live shortly after.

In terms of dates/timescales, these are never exact but providing all goes well, we should be looking at this month - possibly sooner than you think though. Sorry for the teaser but i'll keep you guys updated 🙂
