Hi @Toddy88
It's a Samsung promotion and they appear to have it on the flip phones. You don't mention what phone you have but you have to claim the buds from Samsung not O2
You may find the promo on your Samsung members app or can find it here.
Buy a qualifying Samsung Z Flip4 or Fold4 from a participating retailer between 10th August - 29th September 2022 to be eligible for a pair of Buds2 Pro (Graphite) SM-R510NZAAEUA. Reward colour subject to availability. Claims must be submitted within 60 days of the purchase date.

Open the Samsung Members app on your new device. If you don't have one, create a Samsung account. Complete the claim form in the benefits section, providing purchase details, IMEI, a digital copy of the proof of purchase receipt and your personal details.
