Hi,

I am currently in the uk and have put my O2 sim into a Sumsung galaxy tab2 p3100 that i have. I am on pay and go..i try to connect tothe internet by going to "mobile networks"- "network operators" and then to either "select automatically" or "O2-UK" but i really am struggling to get a connectoin and if i do its very bad and cuts off. Thinking it would help i paid 10 pounds "pay and go go tariff" last night but it is still the same. I am only in the UK until 20th May so that was not the best idea. Thankyou to anyone who can help. Andy.

Check the expected level of service in the postcode you are trying to connect in http://status.o2.co.uk/ You need lots of green bars in 3G or 3G900 for mobile data to work well.
