How can I cure archived bills?

Last time I looked on my O2 app I was able to see last year's bill break down but now I can't. I've been on the O2 website and I can only see this year's bills. Did anyone know how to access archived bills without going on the help chat, as I tried that and was completely misunderstood. They sent me a copy of my current bill!?!?!

I need to prove I called a certain number for an insurance claim from last summer. Any help gratefully received!

Sadly, only possible through O2 since the move of all users to O2's new 360 back-end 3 years back or so.

If you’d like copies of your bills, you can access them online at My O2, or you can request them through our customer service team.

Reach out to O2 via Social Media using either of the links just below, @KZB - the team is based in the UK, but you do need to persist to get a response that helps. Good luck!

In my O2 (web)I can get my older bills as per the screen grab.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

For me, @Enlli - only bills from Nov-2023 (when they moved my account to 360 system) to current date - others fail to return results:

If the summary shows only Period and Issued, and no Amount line, there is no bill behind the button, @jonsie.

Thank you. I got as far as that but can only access the statements from this year. I need Summer 2024 so I guess I need to go back to support again!!
