Voicemail Notification Will Not Go Away

Anonymous
Not applicable

Every time I turn my phone on or restart it I get a notificiation for a new voicemail. I don't use voicemail and have it switched off. When I phone 901 it confirms that I don't have any voicemails. I have tried my SIM in another phone and even in an Apple phone and get the same notification every time. I have tried calling ##002# to clear everything and even that won't work. What can I do to get rid of this notification once and for all! Thanks.

Turn on your voicemail and call yourself from another phone.
Leave a voicemail message.
Call voicemail on your own phone and listen to your new message, then delete it.
This should remove your false indicator.

Normally leaving yourself a voicemail the listening and deleting removes the icon.

Have you tried leaving yourself a message, listening and deleting it?

That has sorted the issue for others @sUser.

I'll also add the community guide about voicemail in case any of that helps.
