Hi n wont too unblock me phone for anather network , i had message on me screen .

Sim network PIN blocked , Enter Sim Network PUK

PUK is available also in My O2. I think you are confused between PUK and PAC. It sounds like you have locked your sim card if it's asking for a PUK but that won't allow you to use on another network. For that you need an unlock phone code so follow the advice given in the link above. First priority though is to get the PUK and unlock the sim.
