Hello I need help my phone is only new in december and the side button wont come out I'm a single mum and I need my phone in these times especially and if I dont keep and eye on keeping it charged it will run out of battery and I cant turn it on please help me

What phone do you have?

Either way you would be better contacting the manufacturer direct.

If you want to return it to O2, you will have to contact customer service.
