HTC windows8

Hi there, can anyone help me, i have a HTC windows 8 phone, it keeps freezing and rebooting

also i have updated my hotmail account to outlook and now cannot get access to my emails!

It keeps saying that there is an error, any help would be apprciated.

Have you tried a factory reset - it's a pain but can often sort these sort of problems
