HTC One- will not switch on!

Have checked on here and tried the power and volume button to reset it but no luck. Worked fine today- checked email and texts tonight. Left it next to laptop- picked it up 20 minutes later and completely dead- will not charge, nothing! I've not even had it a month- any ideas anyone ( presumably it is still under warranty!)

Definitely under warranty. Within 28 days I believe you are entitled to an exchange. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

I would think a two year warranty, and I agree about the 28 days. If a phone dies within the first month it must qualify for an exchange for a brand new one, musn't it?
