Is anyone else having problems with Gmail (as in receiving notifications from forum?)

I use gmail 99% for this forum. All worked ok while I was away for weekend. Emails from here came in as normal.

Since 2pm today they have stopped.

I have tested it by sending myself an email from my btinternet account. That came into gmail. A friend has sent me an email to gmail address. That also came in.

So by a process of elimination, it looks as if it's O2 related??.

Just for info, Gmail is on my Note 8. Also via Outlook on my PC (set up in 2 separate accounts ie btinternet and gmail)

Just checking if anyone else is having the same issue?

Address for Forum msgs, going to Gmail Spam (I use Gmail client on Android, and Chrome on mail.google.com on PC) is:

forum@o2.com

I will check where billing/payment e-mails go hopefully next week.

I've responded to mine @Marjo

For info here on the thread. All is good on PC.

However on mobile I am still getting this warning...which isn't good at all!!

@Cleoriff, all is only good on PC because you use Outlook Client, not native Gmail interface, on PC, isn't that so?

If you point your browser to mail.google.com on PC, I bet you'll see the Spam warning just as you do on the Gmail app on your mobile.

Apples with apples and all that... 👍😂

@pgn  yes I do use Outlook mainly and as you say that will be the reason I don't get the warning (or see it)

However, I also have Chrome on the PC (just in case outlook goes down) and my gmails in Chrome have the same warning as shown on my phone.

What a palaver....Confused

I'm afraid my PM from Marjo a short time ago ended up in junk too.  Using Hotmail, I've added to address book, marked as safe sender and not junk, but each one continues to arrive where it shouldn't.

Yep, all notifications from today (answer marked as correct, mention, PM and level up - woo!) went to spam.
Not sure about bill yet - mine is due on 4th and will go to a hotmail not a gmail account (don't ask...) so will have to see what happens then...
I have replied to @Marjo with details as requested, and the "sender" is as per @pgn - forum at o2 dot com.

Hi guys,

We got an update on our end saying something's been found and fixed - could you let us know if you're still getting messages from O2 into your spam, or if it's started to resolve now?

Cheers slight_smile
