I upgraded my contract on the 25th of February on the premise I would be receiving the Samsung gear fit 2 within 30 days but 30 days arrived and I finally received a response stating my claim was succesfull and I would hear back within another 30 days.
This is totally unacceptable as far as I'm concerned a gift with purchase should mean what it sounds (that you actually receive the gift when making the purchase). I still had 6 months left on my previous contract and actually paid to upgrade early but wish I hadnt

The issue would be the company running the offer not O2 so you need to chase them up
