Galaxy Mini S4 - cannot open MMS

Hi everyone, I have this phone for about two months now. All was working ok until this morning.... I cannot open an MMS at all. I txted active to 2020 and it has said that my phone is all set up but when i try to download the MMS I get a message informing me that the message was not downloaded review message and try again and I have tried a few time now but still nothing.... Any ideas?

It may be a local network problem, Is data working for internet etc?

Do you have data turned on?
It won't work on wifi, has to be mobile data.

You may need to ring CS to ask for your account to be re provisioned for mms.

Yes data is on and have triple checked that..... again nothing.....

as far as I can tell that was done when I got this new contract and it must have been as I have received MMS since I got the new phone...., only this morning started playing up

Ok, there was a smal problem with the data in my area - not good coverage but I have just tried moving around and I have just managed to get the MMS through!!!! thank you so much everyone! this is the first time I have used this service and it is very impressive..... Thanks
