Full signal but 'emergency calls only'

Hi there

I got my samsung Galaxy S6 last week and it was great until yesterday when I noticed that my phone was on emergency calls only even though I have 3/4 bars of signal

I have checked the signal in my area and it is fine but then I got told to check the network operators and try to connect manually. I tried to connect to the O2 - UK option and it says "Unable to connect. Try later"

Any help is welcome

Maybe we are jumping to the wrong conclusion here. More info needed.

Could be but displaying classic symptoms.....
