Just got my samsung s22plus and qualify for free earbuds but samsung say promotion has ended, how do i get these as its in with deal i took out

According to the link the offer runs from 30th September and is still ongoing to 31st October 

You may also find a link in your Samsung Members app on your phone

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
