Just got my samsung s22plus and qualify for free earbuds but samsung say promotion has ended, how do i get these as its in with deal i took out

You need to use the link below, as the promotion is offered and run by Samsung if they are telling you its expired you need to speak to them

According to the link the offer runs from 30th September and is still ongoing to 31st October

You may also find a link in your Samsung Members app on your phone

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
