Finding Google Play Store order IDs

We have a customer who has been charged for Google Play Store services via their O2 account. The customer wants to initiate a refund but is struggling to find the information we would expect. Where can people who have their Google Play Store charges added to their O2 account find their Google order numbers (of the form GPA.1111-2222-3333-44444)?

I don't pay by phone but all my Play Store purchases appear in Google PAY.

Google Support can provide them, and they are the only ones who can.
