Faulty Samsung S4 charger

Received my phone a few weeks ago via O2 and my charger is not working and is faulty. Will O2 replace it or do I have to contact Samsung ? I have been using my partner's S3 charger meantime and it works fine.

As the retailer O2 should be the first to ask, but you could ask Samsung which might be quicker.

O2 have told me;

* Buy a charger

* Buy a charger and then ask for a refund from them

* Go to an O2 shop where it shall be replaced free of charger

Guess what ? well I refuse to pay for a charger....and then request a refund..why should I...it has been faulty since I received it.....then called an O2 shop....and they told me they would indeed NOT replace it !!!

Regarding Option 3.

I would ask for written documentation such as an e mail from 02 to confirm you can go to your local 02 shop and pick up a charger.

That way you have something tangible to take with you and also ask 02 to send an internal e mail/memo to your chosen shop to warn them you are visiting.
