FastConnect app question.

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi, I recently installed the FastConnect app and I had problems with it so I uninstalled it. However I still keep getting connected to The Cloud automatically. Sounds good but it's a big problem. I've searched all I can and can't find a way to rid it completely from my system (without doing a factory reset...). I have a Samsung Galaxy S4. If anyone can help I will be forever grateful... this is driving me mad.

Go into your phone's wi-fi settings, scroll down and click on The Cloud, then "Forget" in the pop up box.

Hi,

Hopefully someone will be along soon with a cure

However,

A hard reset will return your phone back to factory settings which should help.

All you need to do is make a back up of your saved data.
