I have the Samsung official wireless charger EP-PG9201 and need to charge my S20 Ultra wirelessly until I can send my phone away to fix the charging port which (disgracefully!) has broken after 4 months.
But when I put the phone onto the charger, the Fast Wireless charging toggles off.
Any help to get this on please?
Paul.

Just checked on Samsung.com and it looks like you need the EP-P1100 for fast charging.
Yours appears to just be a standard QI charger.

Have you enabled it?

I'm annoyed the USB-C socket has failed after just 4 months... Means I have to send the phone away for a week to get it fixed or pay £29 just to charge it up quickly cos of the phone fault...

That would annoy me too @Paul_Iddon esp as USB C is generally more reliable.
