I tried to back up my Huawei phone and ended up doing a factory reset. Everything has gone including my o2 details.
Can anyone advise if it is possible to recover anything?

Add your Google account and download Google Photos.

Any pics backed up to Google will be there.

Go to Play store and you can re-download all your apps.

GMail app should have all your emails.

Google contacts will have, surprisingly, your contacts.

In fact Google knows more about you than you do and will have your life backed up.....

@Stuartianmckay If you've factory reset the phone, you've wiped it clean. I doubt you can recover anything, but it can't hurt to ask Huawei: https://consumer.huawei.com/uk/support/

Your O2 details should be on your MYO2 page, which you must still have if you logged on here: http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Anything else you may need to know you'll have to contact customer service. 0800 587 4005 is the first number to try.
