Experia Z1 internet charges

I only use the internet via wifi but am being charged basically £1 per day. I have Background Data Restricted, data roaming is off and dat traffic is not selected. O2 have been unhelpful. Any thoughts on what box is not selected?

Hi,

You need to turn off mobile data in your phones settings to stop the web daily charge of £1 per day for 50mb of data usage.

Using Wifi like you are is free or add a data package into your tariff or via a bolt on.

You need to turn off/untick mobile data to stop the charges. Also in wifi settings make sure wifi is set not to sleep in the advanced settings.

Thank you for the prompt reply. I have Keep WiFi on during sleep set to Always. Mobile Data Traffic is greyed and Data Roaming Off?
