I changed my phone from a Moto g to a Samsong J3 at an O2 Shop. My Moto g details were shown in my O2 account.
Now there are no details showing for my new Samsong J3 phone.
When I click on 'Device Details' I get "this information is not available. Please try later"
Can anyone advise how I can have my phone details displayed.
No one on the "CHAT" line can help after 3 tries.

Just to clarify @Curr946 your new handset has not updated in My O2 and you're unable to access My O2 via the app but the web version is working OK?

Thats right.
The device plan shows etc though. And i can see my bills again. @Toby passed this onto some team, but not heard back for over a week now.
