I have been a Blackberry user for many years and felt it was time to enter the world of touchscreen. After lots of research/recommendations, I upgraded last week to an HTC One S.
I love the phone and am slowly getting better at touch screen but I am disappointed in the reduction in my connectivity with this phone.
O2 assure me it is not an inherent problem and I await a replacement handset which they say will solve the problem.
The problem is I have a poor signal on O2 mobile and with connection to my home WIFI.
My Blackberry had no such problems, the other handset in the family (BB) is still fine. However, I rarely get more than 1 or 2 bars on the HTC and often no signal at all.
My home WIFI router is business-grade, good quality and normally get a signal anywhere around my property. It is rubbish on the HTC!
Any ideas, siggestions, experiences, advice please?
Many thanks.

MI5, do you mean with individual handsets of this model or the model as a whole?
I'm trying to work out if the replacement with the same model is going to provide any benefit.
Many thanks.
