Confirm message when on internet

Hi Sometimes when I am on the internet and then press the back button, the one at the bottom right of the phone I get a message "Confirm Page you are trying to view contains data that has already been submitted (POSTDATA). If you resent the data, any action the form on the page carried out (such as a search or online purchase) will be repeated".

 

There is then "ok" and "confirm" buttons to choose from, but I can't seem to move away from this page without switching off my phone and then switching on again.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions please?

Just keep pressing back button to over ride it. It's because you had to submit data on that page and the browser is trying to send it again. Alternatively press the little number symbol at top right of browser window then use the Red - sign to close the page completely.
