Cannot download app

I forgot to download the o2 app before leaving the UK and now am barred by Google. I  need to see my data usage, the website shows 20357.1mb on a 20GB plan, how can this be?

1024MB in 1GB

Therefore 20357.1 devided by 24 equates to 19.88GB data remaining
