Was able to reach o2 customer support somehow on an un-supported network (magenta). Support told me I need to manually connect to a network non of which come up on a search so I randomly chose 3at, still didn't work, then I start trying different settings snd found "network name" was set to monthly plan and set it to pay as you go. Now it works, I wish the o2 salesperson told me this would of saved me time...

Edit it could be my Samsung phone to automatic network selection that's the problem not sure.
