Hi.
I am having trouble unlocking my Sony Xperia E5 from the o2 network. I transferred my o2 number to Giff Gaff and have stopped using that service causing my number to be deactivated. I no longer have the sim cards or account details for both services and do not know what to do next.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,
Quinn.

A giffgaff SIM will work without unlocking, but how to, all methods here Guide: Unlocking an O2 phone to use a different SIM card

Hi. Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I am not trying to use Giff Gaff and only have a BT sim card.

Try your original account details in the form linked to above.
If that doesn't work, you'll need a PAYG sim or a friend on O2 currently to use the phone with their SIM for a few days.

I tried to reset my login details but the link simply sent me to a page that said they will not recover my account.

Thanks. I don't suppose you know if there have been problems with this number and people getting disconnected randomly? I have had this problem.
