Ok yep can see it now.

I would suggest backing it up using Xperia companion and then performing a repair installation to rule out software,
If that fails (I have a feeling it will) to rectify the issue you should book a repair at either an O2 store or direct with Sony at https://services.sony.co.uk/support/en/book-track-repair

As I think a lens is stuck in an incorrect position
