Hi @Anonymous
This is not customer service, but is a public forum so please remove your number.
Who is the insurance with, and does it cover accidental damage? Those questions would need to be answered before we can tell.
You would be best contacting who-ever your insurance is with to confirm.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

Hi @Anonymous

You will need to contact CS who will help you complete a claims form through O2 Insure

http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
