My samsung galaxy y will not connect with my Parrot CK3100 hands free in my car.  The hands free workes well with other phones. Do I need to get a new phone? Any ideas I have tried everything but am unable to make the phone visible for any length of time.

You can make your phone discoverable in the bluetooth settings page.

Must be faulty.
Try a factory reset (back up photos etc first) and if still not working send it in for repair.
