Why has my bill amount changed and i have not been notified?
Explain Why has it increased?
It would be cheaper for me to cancel and get a contract out with another company?

Are you talking sbout the increase in March that was well publicised and of which you will have received notification or have you got extra charges?

Hi and welcome to the forum.

More information is needed in order to provide a more informed answer.

Of course if your out of your normal contract term ,and now in a rolling monthly contract ,then you are free at any time to request a PAC and move Networks.
