I can't to seem verification calls from Lloyds Bank, its an automated call, which I should receive to enter a code. My phone doesn't ring and then I receive a voicemail, which isn't helpful as I can phone back to enter the code.
Can anyone explain why this is happening and how I can get it fixed please.

The message displaying by Lloyds is:
"We tried to call you on number ending 645 but could not get through.
This might be because it's engaged or disconnected"
