My phone keeps telling me when im in a bt hot spot but im with o2 why does it do this if we can not use bt can i turn this notification off ??

Notify me of open networks needs to be disabled in your wifi settings.

It's telling you that you are near a public wifi location.

Depending on phone type you can turn it off in wifi settings.

Or thinking about it if an iPhone turn off ask to join networks in wifi settings
