Spoken to like dirt, spent thousands over the years, major issues, finally thought all sorted, phoned today, spent 27 min on hold, 45 later Put through to sales, Kieran has a go as " look we are busy" hurray up is way I was spoken to, asked it to speak to me like that, he tuts and hung up phone, that's not bad for a company that pride the themselves on service. Can't get a manager to call me, what are you supposed to do, so it's back to square 1 again yet was looking to ADD to my contract despite everything but I suppose you learn eventually

Incidentally, I wonder if there is anything we can help with? We are all customers like yourself but we may be able to offer some advice?

Also, you won't get a callback from posting here as we are just customers like yourself.

Any business that told me to hurry up as I was setting up an account with them, wouldn't be given a penny.
