At last, after 2 weeks of messing about, 1 faulty and 2 delivered with seal broken I'm getting my S7 edge on Tuesday, erm.... 3 days ago, yes 3 days ago, Iv'e been time warped. Chose the black one this time, the gold made me look like a rapper which is so 80's. When anyone rings up O2 for help etc please make sure you speak to a person from the UK or America or your home country because the centres in South Africa and India talk utter B*******. The guy I spoke to laughed when I said "thank god you're English" then he said they've had a lot of complaints about the overseas call centres. The biggest joke is live chat as I've discovered, one person will tell me one thing another will tell me something completely different, when your being paid £1.20 an hour including overtime, what do you expect. I'm expecting my new phone will have the seal broken but I've spent 2 weeks using a crappy second hand pre 1970's phone that only has one ringtone and the volume reminds me of the S2, So my ending line will be, if the seal is broken, ring O2 up and speak to someone from your country and get a replacement, as their just sending out second hand phones i.e already been to someone's place with the seal broken, BREAKING NEWS...........got my phone on Tuesday, seal intact and I'm now sexually satisfied, well I am until the S8 is released next week

Samsung are laughable, I'd rather give £900+ to charity and I have, Dove House Hospice, Hull.

I will indeed jonsie or ladyboy as some people have explained. Was thinking O2 we're as bad as EE when you said about O2 resending out returned broken sealed phones. Now all I have to do is root the phone, get rid of all the bloatware and whack the volume up then maybe flash a custom rom on it. Happy days.

@mieinhull1969 You're obviously unconcerned about your warranty if you're planning to mod the phone straight away.

As far as who you speak to in customer service, it isn't the fault of the person who O2 outsourced the work to, so if you have a problem with that I suggest you lodge a complaint with O2, as they're the ones who are paying those people. http://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain If it's important for you to be able to only speak to people who are English, I think you'll have a hard time finding that, as most, if not all mobile phone companies outsource their customer service.

If you've spent the last two weeks using a pre 1970's phone you're sitting on a phone that's probably worth a lot of money, as the first mobile phone call wasn't made until April 3, 1973.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

All of my android phones have been rooted, even when the knox or bricked happened I've been given a replacement or unbricked phone. Regarding the overseas call centres, they know nothing, thick people who enjoy earning £0.99 an hour to answer a call and if you read my first post properly Bambino, you'll note a touch of sniggering, thanks for the feedback and reading my posts, LOL.
