I've an alert message on my phone "Restricted Access Changed - Voice service is blocked". Does anyone know why this could have appeared, please?

Thanks for the suggestions.  Mystery solved ... apparently, I'd changed a setting that blocked everything - a sort of extreme 'Do not disturb' kind of thing.  All back to normal now.  I'm blaming unfamiliarity with a new phone (and feeling very stupid!).

If it's a text message asking you to click on a link, don't. It's probably a scam.

Check your MyO2 to see if you've missed a bill payment http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
