Hey after I lost my phone I did a sim swap, I had a network coverage, but I couldn't send texts and calling, I went to the shop and they did another sim swap, but still it doesn't work, wtf!? It's really annoying damn... I checked my sim on other phones and it's still the same... Anyone have an idea what I can do!?

When you lost your phone did you report it to O2? It sounds as if you may have a bar placed on your account. You need to ring customer services 202 for contract...4445 payg. If you need to borrow a phone to ring... then all numbers are in the contact us link at the bottom of this page. There is also a number for phoning from a landlines.

Just check it out with CS @Anonymous Only they will be able to confirm whether there is a bar on the account and only they can lift it. Without more info it's difficult to advise further as we have no access to your personal account information...
