Ok got my s3 back in july/august now its been damaged by water can it get replaced??

It wouldn't be covered under warranty as you have damaged it with water you would be best to claim off of your house insurance

I bought it with phones 4 u but didnt purchase theres as I believe I am covered under the home insurance but was wondering as it hasnt been a year does it get covered under some sort of warrenty? I cant believe it happened I am ever so careful with my phones

It wouldn't be covered under warranty as you have damaged it with water you would be best to claim off of your house insurance

You would just have to pay your excess fee and your premium would possibly increase on your re sign up

Also check any bank account you have as some do offer cover (check their t&c for water damage.) again an excess fee would be applied most probably.

It's my experience that premiums will go up irrespective of any claims. Best bet would be to change insurer when the premium is due.

I used to get a no claims bonus on my home insurance. This would be lost if a claim was made.

And when someone signs up to another insurance company one of the questions can be ; have you made a claim in the last x amount of years !

I have to agree to that. as long as you don't have one of these silly added value bank accounts.
