Ok got my s3 back in july/august now its been damaged by water can it get replaced??

It wouldn't be covered under warranty as you have damaged it with water you would be best to claim off of your house insurance

No you can't have it replaced and without insurance you're a bit goosed!

I bought it with phones 4 u but didnt purchase theres as I believe I am covered under the home insurance but was wondering as it hasnt been a year does it get covered under some sort of warrenty? I cant believe it happened I am ever so careful with my phones

There's your solution, let's hope you have full cover with them.
How could you even imagine this would be covered by the guarantee?

Also check any bank account you have as some do offer cover (check their t&c for water damage.) again an excess fee would be applied most probably.
