4g not working when i have 18gb of data left

I recently changed my tarrif to increase my data to 20gb 3 days ago. All was fine until i get a text saying ive used all my data, being on an s5 i can check my data usage.

Showing under 5gb, spoke to an advisor on the phone and chat who said its an it related issue??

Anyone else had similar issues to this and had them resolved?

Try putting your sim in your wife's phone. If it works it's down to the settings on your phone. Compare again with your wife's settings.

Already tried that, still nothing. The data just stopped working randomly when i was on youube. No settings have been changed

So I assume your MyO2 says you have used all your data?
What date is your bill due?
