Anyone know when O2 will be providing 3G in South Devon?

Before the end of 2015 was the initial target but the commitment has to be fulfilled by the end of 2017.

For clarity o2 are no longer aiming for 98% 2g 3g and 4g by end of 2015. They are aiming for sometime in 2016.
